I love my Misfit Art & Ceramic products, and I hope you do, too. But I am a Neurodivergent Misfit Artist and sometimes I mess up a little on things like pricing or merchandise descriptions.
What’s most important to me is that you’re happy with your Misfit Art. So while I can’t guarantee that EVERY bit of information on my site is 100% accurate at all times, I do care & want to make it right. If you do notice a mistake, please reach out and let me know, so I can do just that.
Regarding my Fine Art Original Paintings: Of course I can’t guarantee that the size and style of my artwork will fit your particular home, and colors and textures will vary due to differences in computers & screen versions of real life art. I can, however, guarantee that you will get the best customer service I can give & I am happy to answer questions before you buy.
RETURN POLICY
Hey! Thanks for buying! I appreciate you helping to support my creative life-style & I really hope you ADORE the ceramic pieces or Original Fine Art Painting you bought as much as I loved creating it. If you don’t love your purchase, please let me know, so we can work with you to make things right.
Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit (Buyer pays for shipping unless we goofed up your order)
I accept returns within 7 days of your purchase arriving at your doorstep, but return shipping is on you. It can be QUITE expensive to ship original works of art, so please consider things like measurements and color matching BEFORE you purchase. I am happy to assist in this process, so if you are considering purchasing a one of a kind original piece, please reach out so we can discuss all the details. I can provide video and extra photos to assist you in buying the RIGHT piece of Misfit Art for you. Please note: All measurements listed are in INCHES, unless otherwise stated.
If you need to return your Art or Ceramic piece, please reach out to artmistress@tanyadaileyart.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, instructions and address for returns. After receiving the RMA number, repackage the item in its original packaging, and return as instructed.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the items, you will be issued a refund or store credit as requested. Please allow 7-14 days to process your return and refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your financial institution. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
Broken or damaged items
Accidents happen, & somethings just don’t arrive in perfect condition. If that happens to you, please let us know immediately so that we can get a new piece out to you as soon as possible. Shipping Insurance claims processes are specified by the carrier.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs depend on size of piece & address. Please reach out before purchasing, if you are in such amazingly beautiful and far-off places as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada. Email me at artmistress@tanyadaileyart.com with questions regarding shipping.
Original Artwork requires additional precautions to ship safely, and can be very expensive. Shipping is included in the listed price of my Fine Art Original Paintings to the lower 48 in the US, but please note that if you choose to return your Art, you will have to pay for return shipping, including insurance. Please measure your space carefully. All measurements listed are in INCHES, unless otherwise noted.
